Schedule / Expected Work Hours
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts.
Typical hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM with occasional overtime as needed for project completion.

As an HVAC Installer, you’ll install, maintain, and repair commercial systems while representing the professionalism our clients expect. Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems
- Wire low-voltage connections for heating and cooling equipment
- Install refrigerant lines; perform brazing, soldering, or pressing
- Connect gas lines and verify safe operation of systems
- Read blueprints and pre-measure materials for installation
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and control issues
- Complete service/start-up reports and documentation
- Mentor and train HVAC apprentices or helpers
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of HVAC installation or service experience
- Strong blueprint reading and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- EPA & OSHA certification required
- Preferred: NH Gas, MA Sheet Metal, or MA Refrigeration license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights safely
Compensation: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
