Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts.
Typical hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM with occasional overtime or on-call rotation during peak seasons.

Job Summary
Winchester Mechanical, a leading commercial HVAC contractor in Nashua, NH, is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician. You’ll handle service, maintenance, and repair of commercial heating and cooling systems while working in a supportive, high-performing team. Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control issues
- Wire low-voltage heating and cooling equipment
- Install and repair refrigerant and gas line connections
- Pre-measure and determine proper installation materials
- Complete service/start-up reports and documentation
- Mentor HVAC apprentices and helpers
- Participate in ongoing technical training programs
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of commercial HVAC service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and blueprint-reading skills
- EPA & OSHA certification required
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Preferred: MA Sheet Metal or Refrigeration license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and safely work at heights
Compensation: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
